Bikini Bod Ready Challenge #1: Say No to Sugar PART 2

Day 6 and going strong! If you have made it this far with me you make it the whole month. The first 48-72 hours are the hardest, so keep going! Below are a few food items to keep in your house or with you at work when you get tempted by sweets, try eating some of these.
